- For orders under $75, standard shipping rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

- We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.
- You will receive a notification email with a tracking number once your order leaves our facility.

Shipment Tracking & Damaged Items
- Tracking: You can track your package using the tracking link provided in your shipment confirmation email.
- Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at media@banditwrks.com with photo evidence of the packaging and product so we can quickly assist you.
